Driverseat and Nasir took great care of us! The drivers were on time and very friendly. The vehicles were gorgeous inside and out (very clean). The drivers were super responsive and with the tracking feature in the app, I was able to see where they were located/follow the trip/see the arrival, everything. It was perfect.

I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to this service. We have never used a drive service before so we were a little apprehensive. We scheduled a pickup from our home in Orleans Ont. for our family of 10 for our trip to Europe via the Montreal Airport. The shuttle arrived on time, and the driver without even asking loaded all of our luggage into the shuttle and made sure we were all safely secured in the shuttle before we left. The drive to Montreal was uneventful and safe. We will use this service again for our next trip. The management and Michael the Chauffeur were very professional and setting up the service was easy. 5 stars for these people.

What a great service experience and at a reasonable cost! Nasir picked us up at 4:00am to take us to the airport and was waiting upon our return. Nice warm, clean car and no snow to brush off my car.Would highly recommendBobbi

I used Driverseat Wedding Shuttle Service for my son's wedding. Nasir provided excellent service in the planning and scheduling of the shuttles. Both drivers, Dario and Moe, were prompt and courteous. We are very pleased with the service provided!

We were a family of five with suitcase luggages and carry-ons was 14 pieces. Moe Moe was our driver on both trips, trip number one pickup at 3:30 a.m. was here on time to get to the airport. Pick up number two also picked us up on time from the airport, it was cheaper than taking two taxis with all this luggage, he even asked if he wanted to stop somewhere and pick up some food before taking us home, that was very nice of him.thank you again for the wonderful service we will definitely be calling you for our next trip

We used Driverseat to shuttle us to and from the Ottawa airport for our trip to Mexico for our son's wedding. Arrangements with Nasir were easy and effective. Our departure and arrival times were 3 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. The plans were confirmed in advance, the drivers arrived early and communicated upon their arrival. Pickup and drop off at our place and our son's home were smooth and easy. The drivers were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Service was excellent and I would highly recommend Driverseat Ottawa.

As we were going on vacation and decided not to park'n fly from Ottawa, I contacted Nasir to schedule a round trip to and from YOW. He responded very quickly to my inquiry and provided all the info needed. We were a group of 7 people including a toddler. Any time I would contact Nasir he would respond quickly. The day of the pick up, our driver, Moe, was very friendly and came in advance and even waited patiently as some in our group were not there past our pickup time. Return trip was as smooth also. Moe was already there when we landed and once we called him after we got our bags, he got to the pickup bay very quickly. We didn't have to wait long in the cold. And also the price was reasonable for a round trip. The cheapest I got when compared to other companies. No hidden fees. I would use them again. Strongly recommend.

Driveseat Ottawa is the way to go! We used them for getting around the day of our Wedding, and our driver, Dario, was punctual, friendly, and communicated well with us. The van was clean and air-conditioned. Nasir, the Operations Manager, responded to our emails in a timely manner and adjusted our schedule as needed. Highly recommend Driverseat Ottawa :)

We group of 8 use Driverseat to go to the airport from Orleans and back home for our vacation. Our flight was delayed over 12hours and they kept track of our flight and had a driver waiting at the airport the just before we landed without any extra charges! The driver helped load the 7 big luggage. Great job guys!!
